Conner DeFrieze is currently the General Manager and V.P. for Sales and Marketing for DeFrieze Consulting and Programs, LLC. focusing on business development while learning the details on Government contracting from David.

Conner is an Air Force veteran where he graduated Basic Training with honors. Conner then graduated technical training as a distinguished graduate, and was selected to be trained in bioterrorism agent detection. He was subsequently assigned to a deployable bioterrorism agent detection team.

After separating honorably in 2020, Conner worked with the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce helping attract business to the area, and coordinating and aligning efforts with other Chambers. He also finished his BA in entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas., and began his focus on entrepreneurship and Government contracting.

Conner brings a varied background to the business and to the support of DC&P, LLC clients. He has experience in a variety of institutions involving sales and negotiations, contract compliance, business management, marketing, and financial management.
